Coastside Couture has designed and planned many weddings at Holman Ranch, but Dan and Kira's summer wedding was one-of-a-kind at this picturesque estate. This quirky couple had a unique vision for their modern Jewish wedding at Holman. Many couples choose this venue with muted color palette and rustic decor in mind, but Dan and Kira came to us with a different theme - geometric.
The groom had specific ideas in regards to flow and decor, such as choreographing the processional to "Fireflies" by Lights and Motion, and incorporating his geo-vision throughout the wedding day. Iko Space created a large wood pentagon as an altar for their ceremony site, and Seascape Flowers dressed this structure with angular palm leaves and decorated the aisle with an elaborate rose petal pattern. Even their ketubah was in theme! The reception stayed on trend with marble hexagon place cards accompanied by terrariums with succulents at each table. The brilliant pops of purple in floral was paired with deep purple napkins to give the traditionally neutral Rose Patio a modern and whimsical twist.
As the night unfolded under the full moon guests enjoyed their homemade donuts made to order and dancing in the Carriage House barn. We had so much fun planning this wedding with this entertaining couple and loved seeing our work published on Inside Weddings this week!
