Stephanie and Gabe had a beautiful - and sizzling! - summer wedding at a rustic estate in the heart of Carmel Valley. The bride and groom were very hands-on throughout the planning process, from creating a custom Asian-inspired menu with Paradise Catering, to planning a Chinese tea ceremony and al fresco wedding day with us.

Guests watched the couple say their "I-do's" beneath the towering oak trees, enjoyed cocktails by the pool, then dined on one of the ranch's lush lawns. Each table number was handmade with Stephanie and Gabe's favorite restaurants around the world - which we loved! Steph and Gabe also wanted a lavish dessert bar, complete with a three-tiered cake, french macarons, fruit tarts, panna cotta, and almond wedding cookies made by the talented Edith Meyer. This group loved their sweets! Once the dessert bar was depleted guests got to end the night with a delicious Chinese bun pastry, before walking back to their individual cabins on property. We loved working with this sweet couple and wish them the best in their future together!
